Personal Care Services
Non-Medical Transportation
Certified Medical Staff
We have Registered Nurses on Staff as well as Level 2 and 3 Medication Administration Certified Direct Support Professionals to assist your loved ones with handling their medications.
Non-Medical Transportation (NMT) is provided with our wheelchair accessible van to assist a person with transportation to and from work, day hab, community activities, appointments or the grocery store.
Homemaker Personal Care (HPC) supports a person to be more independent while meeting their daily living needs. Direct Service Professionals (DSP) assist people with household chores, medication administration, personal care; including tasks such as getting dressed, bathing, preparing food, managing money to pay household bills, cleaning, laundry, getting out of the home and being a part of the community, transporting to medical/dental appointments or other health care service appointments.
HPC also includes support that improves a person’s ability to express their opinions and choices.
